The laptop that I have is Intel Core i-3 GHZ, the software itself is windows 8.1 (including the most recent updates). I did not build it nor have I modded anything from factory settings and the computer came with Windows 8 when I bought it.
I have been completely unable to access my BIOS, I've tried Delete/F2/F12 and it seems no matter what I do it completely ignores the key strokes and sends it directly into the log-in screen.
I've been advised to do the following;
In Metro, go to the bottom right and in the hover menu select Settings
GO to General
Go to Advanced
Go to Boot to UEFI (or something like that).
I was unable to find the General or Advanced settings much less the actual spot I needed. Any help on this issue is much appreciated.
