So a few weeks ago i was drinking something and spilled it over the top of my PC, over the top fan vents. However, it wasn't water it was a smoothie so it didn't pour in very quickly and it was sticky. I managed to clean most of it up from my fans, and some on the inside. However, fast forward to now and i open my PC up again and i see a large dry spot on the back of my graphics card (PCB?), and it seems to by the leftover residue of the smoothie. Thankfully, I haven't seen any loss in performance, but I am worried. WIll this damage my card?

It could still in the future affect it. Myself, I would wash the card off with 99.9% rubbing alcohol and such, but you have to be careful to remove the residue, and also only use 99.9999%. Anything less has too much water for my liking when it comes to electronics.

Does rubbing alcohol work on the pcb? Will it damage?
