Does newegg test defective hardware had 3 bad pieces in build ram, psu, and gpu tested al on a diff machine and ran tests. Was wondering if ewegg will test or just send me new replacements

We don't know for sure on that matter but a lot of parts from one purchase they may be sure to have everything that your power supply gpu and ram came with when you send it bad funny thing you probably pay a restocking fee which I feel is wrong because why restock bad merchandise??????

I've sent a few things back and they have tested them (sent back a gpu and they told me what they had to underclock it to in order to get it to work, sent back a case and they had ended up replacing the pcb on the front panel as it turned out to be the problem instead of a bad cord) so i'm pretty sure they at least do basic testing
if under warranty, the worst they do is make you pay for shipping from my experience. I didnt have to pay restocking on the gpu i got that was defective

Dear jdawg1540,

Although we test most items when they are returned to Newegg, we are a reseller only so we don't repair items; we would only replace it with a new, refurbished or open box item according to the original purchase. This means that after the RMA is processed, we will create an order and send the replacement item to the customer (at no cost, of course).

If you need assistance with your return, please email us to Wecare@newegg.com. We'll be happy to assist you.
