Which build is better?

What build is better? I was trying to stay under $700 so that's what I got.

Neither, they are both shoddy.

1. Get a 7200 rpm 1tb drive.
2. 2x4gb (make sure it is dual sticks) of 1600 mhz memory MINIMUM.
3. Get a 270x instead of a 7870, or better yet a gtx 760/770.

Of the ones you posted, the second one (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Shjh) looks better. But get a 7200rpm drive, your build will be slow otherwise. You could get a cheaper mobo to be able to buy a better hard drive. This WD Blue is 1TB, 7200rpm and only $60
