Script blocker add on for Chrome?

Is there an add on for Google Chrome that blocks certain code that you choose from being loaded and showing everytime you visit the site you defined to block the script from? I ask because there is an annoying banner thing that always shows up on a site and i have to always use Inspect Element to manually delete the lines of its code to make it disappear. Is there an add on that can do this automatically every time?
Any help? Thanks!

There's also NotScripts but I don't know how that compares in features to the above one. You have to follow the install instructions carefully as well: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/notscripts/odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn

The last one has higher customer review scores, but with only about 20 reviews it's hard to say. SCRIPTSAFE might be the best choice.

I've been using FIREFOX mainly because at least one of the ADDONS I use I couldn't find as good elsewhere like NoSquint which resize my pages better on my 2560x1440 monitor.

Most monitors benefit from a RESIZE addon which also remembers your individual resize adjustments (+ -, or via CTRL+Mouse Scroll).

I have my main DPI in Windows increased, then NoSquint is set to the optimal resize for most web pages. Finally, I resize each site manually if needed by the method previously mentioned.
