What is the best tablet under 200 dollars?

Solution
It's slightly over $200 at $230, but the 2013 Nexus 7 (16GB) is very good (NOT the 2012 Nexus 7).

I've seen the "Nexus 7" at around $200 or below but be very careful again that it's not the older version.

I really can't think of anything below $200 that's close to it.

It's far better if you can setup your PC to act as the media server as tablets have limited decoding abilities compared to a PC with the proper decoders. Again, though not sure how yet and no longer have a tablet to play with.

There may be other settings such as Hardware decoding, and setting up a SHARED FOLDER in your PC so the tablet can access it. So you need to find a good tutorial.
