Hello, I just want to point out that I don't know much if not nothing when it comes to computers. However, I do want a good pc that will last, be fast, and within my budget. I was gonna buy a intel i5 all in one pc from newegg but the talks I had with some people they looked at me if I was stupid or something. So, they suggested I build one and I thought I come here for that. I also want a cpu to be able to run Counter Strike GO/Source as well. My budget is from $600-800 but im willing to cap at $1000 if needed. I greatly appreciate all the help. Thanks.

This is a decent build, if you actually are willing to go to $1k I can do better.

If you do want to build, a great place to start would be Logical Increments, to help you get a general idea of which specs you want, and PCPartPicker to get some prices for the build from some top vendors.

Anything above a total of $700 will run any modern games, and be very future-proof. If you don't want to build, I would suggest the Digital Storm Vanquish which is on sale at just above your price cap at $1,059. Even though it's closer to the high-end of the market, it is well future-proofed.

Five years or so down the road you could upgrade specific parts if you want. Until then, you should be able to play anything on high or ultra. Hope I helped!
