With a 600W psu you can get a 760 or better that would be most recommended for the long run. If you need to save money the 660 will be killer for dota 2 even with your 500W psu. However, I'm not familiar with aero; I tend to be a corsair guy when it comes to psu's but that's strictly experience and opinion; I have no data to validate this particular preference. But with regard to the game you want to play, you should see this:

The guy claims min: 108fps max:122fps avg: 119.842fps and has a very similar setup that you are looking to create getting well over the min fps you are hoping for! Hope you are excited now! Glad to help!

A 7790 is on the low-end of the market at about $130.

I would suggest the GTX 760, but make sure your PSU can handle it.

500w is the minimum but some head room wouldn't hurt, so maybe a 660 would suffice. Also, looking around a bit on newegg to see the choices for yourself could help you.

Yeah, I was going to recommend the 760 first too but when I saw his psu I thought better to scale it back a bit.

Hey I was reading this I would honestly go for the 760 Its about 10 bucks more but Im sure there's a 250 one out there. Also I dont see why you would need a new PSU considering you dont have a lot of draw from the rest of you PC. From what I got you would need base-line 400w which you have another 100w of ceiling. I'd say go for it my friend. A reference point I have a 750w PSU I have A LOT of stuff going on I am running a 770 nonstop I still have enough head room to SLI another 770 if I chose too. So Dont worry about the PSU worry about which GPU to get.
