corsair 300r noob question

alright so i bought a corsair 300r 3 days ago and have been installing components in it since (iv ebeen working on cable management) and now i have a problem i cant seem to get either of the side panels ini know they fit because i put them on about an hour ago but i just cant get one of the clamps to go in im always missing one so i just wanted to know if theres an easier way also i wanted to know where i should put my next fan i currently have a corsair h55 with 2 fans in a push/pull config asnd the stock one in the front when i go to frys next time im going to buy a silent 120mm fan to either go on the side panel or the top i would go with 140 if ichose top but theres not enough room due to my radiator REALLY limiting space thanks ahead of time for the help

i just tucked all cable inb to the other half of the case and still couldnt get the side panel on the problem isnt the cable

There's no reason the panels don't fit on then. Best way to do it is lay the base on the side, put either the top or bottom in place, then squish it down until the other side falls in place.

tried that too i just put it on the best i could and screwed it down with the thumbscrews it will be a while before i upgrade anyway but i still need help on the fans though im thinkin blowing it at the gpu will be best but i figured the fans at the top will give me better ventilation

Front, side and bottom fans are intake, rear and top fans exhaust.
