The zotac comes with faster clocks but the asus has a better cooler. Not alot difference in price where I am atm.

Which is more reliable? and has a better RMA/customer service?

I trust both companies. The zotac has the longer warranty though. I all comes down to you. Of course due to higher clock speeds and perhaps better cooling, the zotac card will outperform the asus card.
