I keep my internet cable connection physically removed and wireless LAN connectivity off using the physical switch. It shows wireless connection unavailable. No bluetooth or dial-up connection. Still the secret services are able to hack my computer and harass me. They change the things while I use word or start other programs or close browser windows or scroll up and down ( I am a victim and target of something. but that is not the point here.) I have spent many years in hardware and networking as an engineer, but this is a surprise to me. Are now a day laptop / notebooks have hidden or secret software switch for wireless LAN, so that these people can have access to the computers even though they are not connected. I have norton secutiry scan / Comodo internet security. But these people are much more capable that these things.
