I have an Asus laptop that has a stuttering problem. It stutters all the time. I am using it right now and it is still stuttering. If I type too fast it skips some letters. Example, I amwriting asentence so you can uderstand. STUTTERING!! It does it all the time. The mouse also stutters. I stops for half a second then it moves to the side of the screen. My sound and video don't stutter. My specs are:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8700 @ 2.53GHz
CPU speed: 2.5 GHz
RAM: 4.1
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Video Card: GeForce G105M
If you need anymore infomation just tell me.

Solution

Keep if off for a while, if the issue does not return at all, it's the touchpad.

Sounds like an issue with the touchpad then, disable it totally and see what happens. You may be able to turn it off in the BIOS, if not, then in the control panel.

I don't think it is the touch pad because when I turned it on a couple of hours ago it was fine. No stuttering at all. But when I turned it off and on again it started to stutter again.
