The PC I am planning to build is:

I already have the Power Supply.
The issue I am having is with the motherboard and the graphics card as the motherboard is 30x30cm and the graphics card is 40x25cm and the layout of the motherboard LOOKS like it won't fit in the space it has.
So i'd like to know if they all these parts will fit together properly and work.
I would also like to know what people think and rate this motherboard as well.
One last thing is my PC case is big enough to hold all this I have checked and I was thinking of buying a case fan for it but I don't know which one I should get any help there would also be appreciated. Dimensions are 9cmx9cm on my case for fan.
