Cant wake up my computer using mouse

I just bought a new computer(I don't know much about computers) all I want to do is be able to wake it up from sleep mode using my mouse. I read that: in the bios is a "wake from sleep" menu in the power features... and if nothing is selected, nothing will wake the system.. but I have no idea how to access that ..please help

When you switch on your computer, straight after you switch it on, repeatedly press the 'delete' button and that should take you to the bios.
After that go to this website, then on the 'English' language section on the 'Download here' part click 'Europe' and it will open up a pdf manual.

Go to page 54 and look at the picture.
You will see that 'Power on by mouse' is disabled, enable it then head to the 'Save & Exit' section click 'Save & Exit Setup' then click 'Yes'.
You should be able to switch on your computer with mouse only this time :)
