i7-4770k
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO
Crucial 16 GB DDR3-1600 (2x8GB)
Corsair 600cx psu
ASRock Z87 Extreme3
MSI Twinfrozr gtx 760 2gb
120gb ssd samsung EVO
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm
Fractal Design Define R4 tower

I want to oc the cpu. Is this a good system? Any suggestions? Please let me know.

Solution
You need a better CPU cooler and power supply.
I suggest you get the Corsair H75 as your CPU cooler and perhaps a TX650 v2 for the power supply.
You also need to change the motherboard, get an asrock z87 extreme4. The extreme3 lacks many features which the extreme4 has, and the extreme4 is just a little bit more expensive (about $130)

You don't nee 16GB of RAM and you don't need a 4770K. You can get both if you want, but you really don't need them.

Not for gaming but i'd like the system to be good at video editing as well.
