Hi,

I am going to build a PC and i want it to have a total of 2TB of storage. I also want this storage to be fast, but i don't have the budget for a 2TB SSD solution.

What are my options?

Would a Raid 0 solution be a good ideia?

The motherboard i'm going to use is the AsRock Fm2a85x-itx.

Thanks

[EDIT]: Reliable storage is not a big issue, since i use online backup and have a fast connection, so i backup my whole drive.

Solution
don't go RAID, it looks good on paper but there isn't a noticeable difference going for two 1TB HDD's in RAID 0. And sometimes it'll boot out of the array so that is annoying.

I'd just get a WD Black 2TB, decently fast for a HDD, and better then the Blue/Green ones you might come across, it;s more expensive but that's because of it's faster read/write speeds.

I think that i will get the WD Black since its just a little more expensive than 2 1TB HDDs.

Thanks
