i5-4670k vs i7-4770k for gaming,streaming on budget

Hello everyone.
I'm building a gaming rig with buget roughly about 1300 dolars, but that's not the case because I'm not from usa so our currency is different. The cpu would be paired with gtx 770. My main purpose is ofcourse gaming>live streaming>rendering. I know that i7 has HT thus better for live streaming and rendering. But in our country the price of i5 is 287 dolars, i7 is 412. That's mean 125 dolars difference. So is i7 worth that 125 dollars ? How much better it is in rendering, live streaming ? I heard like 15-30%. So vids 20 minute long for example is rendering 60 minutes on i5, And on i7 45 minutes then it would be no brainer for me to take i7 because it's not worth for me. But I'm planning to record and livestream on shadowplay.

And do you think Evo 212 will be enough to oc these cpus to 4,4 ghz ?

There are many scenarios, where an I7 will perform better than I5. If it is a major difference? Probably not.

So tell us some. I don't see benefits of it apart from rendering, live streaming, 3d things so on. Or if I am wrong, feel free to correct me

As I said, the performance increase is probably not even noticeable.
General application with a smaller "parallel" threaded process will run much better on a hyper-threaded core.
That example will most-likely not appear in any games.

What about a Xeon 1230 v3? It has the HT of the i7 and is faster than the 4670k at stock. Note the Xeon is basically an i7 4770 without integrated GPU. The price is between the 4670k and 4770k as well but the Xeon cannot overclock. To be honest if you want to stream on a budget the AMD fx-8350 is actually as good as the 4670k at streaming.

I am going to do a comparison between the i5-4670k vs i7-4770k to hell you decide with which one to go.
1.TDP is 84W on both CPU's
2.Base Clock and Turbo Clock is 0.1GHz higher on the i7-4770K
3.Both CPU's are K models, which means both are unlocked
4.The i7 4770K offers higher L3 cache of 8MB to the 6MB of the i5 4670K.
5.The i7 4770K is hyper threaded(this is the major difference between the two) while the i5 4670K is not,which means the i7 4770K can handle twice the amount of threads than the i5 4670K can, putting it at a capacity of eight simultaneous threads. Since you are building a gaming PC you should know that not all games can benefit from hyper threading. I myself would go with the i5 since its pretty powerful already and has overclocking capabilities and is cheaper than the i7.

i7 4770K hands down. You have streaming in your title. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT skimp on the processor. I am a livestreamer that has been upgrading components for a while now, trying to get the best build for streaming. I thought I was having a major bottleneck on graphics so I upgraded my Radeon 6970 to a GTX-780. While this helped to run games on max resolution while not streaming...as soon as I tried to stream I found similar frame rate drops of significant proportions that I was used to. I was using an i5-3570 at the time, which was a pretty highly rated and desired gaming processor. As most of the users here have stated, i5 is just fine for gaming, no real difference. The i7 upgrade on the other hand, made leaps and bounds of difference for my streaming. I went from being able to stream BF4 on medium settings around 30 FPS to streaming it on Ultra at 45+ FPS. The CPU drain of small programs like Teamspeak, Skype, Mumble, etc. was enough to make streaming a struggling chore with my i5 processor. I honestly couldn't even run Xsplit with any decent settings because the processor drain of the meatier program was enough to lag most games on low-medium settings. Spend the extra money, go i7. I went i5 because I didn't have internet for streaming at the time, when I upgraded, my CPU was my bottleneck.

Somebody already mentioned it, but if you say "on a budget" - Then go AMD.. This subject _SCREAMS_ AMD because you will get almost on par performance with i5 and you will have the extra cores for the streaming.

Go ahead and google your way to some benchmarks on Vishera 8350 or 8320 streaming vs i5. Yes the i7 will beat it some places if you want to compare with it, but you said _BUDGET_

You seem like you are a viral strreamer/youtuber - am i right? I'm still gonna stick to my gut and say that an AMD CPU would have been better for you.. Faster render time when you are spitting out vids, better stream performance and good gaming performance. Dude save your money and go AMD for this. I'm not trying to be a fanboy but I just made a PC for a person who is a streamer/youtuber myself and I feel really good about using AMD for his build.
