I can get this gpu at local store .
Is GTX 650Ti Boost 2GB GDDR5 , good for budget of 13000 ( 220$ ) ??
Or any other gpu in that budget ?

Take a GTX 660 card. it will cost one thousand or two more. it is far more power full then GTX 650ti boast or even GTX 750ti. GTX 650ti boast is a low-medium end graphics card and it will me a huge mistake and severe waste of money if you buy the 2gb version. GTX 660 is powerfull enough for 2 gb vram ,and also you can play all latest games in high\very high settings with it in 720p and 1080p.
