Solution
Radeon R9-290 - 31A on the 12v rail and a 550W psu minimum recommended so it will be enough. i would prefer something better like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096 also prefer coolermaster evo 212 for overclocking

personally i prefer bottom mounted psu. as for such big cpu coolers, it will be a tight fit
with 7$ more you can get this one which has better airflow http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042&clickid=15z2ji3h12PRQnoRDoyUaXAtUkTUTEU5HwQoVA0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

I thought fx-8320 will draw alot power so will it work with a fx-8320 and r9 290.would anyone else care to reply?im not a serious overclocker not anywhere near half a ghz.will the cpu cooler work just to keep the heat and noise down and im also worried about the casing since it is a cheap casing with only 1 fan.
