HD 2400 PRO what games can i run?

i am looking for modern FPS games my old gpu can handle i have played warface, all the cod games(not ghosts) , far cry 3,
crysis 2,minecfat and stuff like that next i'm gonna test medal of honor 2010 (recommend fps games only coz that is what i play the most) :3

I upgraded from an HD 2400 Pro to an AMD APU. With the HD 2400 Pro, I don't recommend games made in the last couple of years, period. At least not 3D, first person shooter games. You can play stuff from 7 years ago without much trouble. I was happy when I gave that card, my old motherboard, CPU, and DDR2 RAM to my Father-in-law and built a new system for myself, which has an HD 7770 and an A10-6800K. The old graphics card (2400 Pro) simply would not run the newer games I wanted to run. That's why I don't recommend even trying.

What CPU are you running with that graphics card? CPU issues are also going to determine what games you can handle.
