Is This Setup Compatible?

So I've been asking around for the best upgrades to my current system, and I've come to a conclusion on what I would like to build. However, when it comes to compatibility and whether components work together I'm not the best, so here is the proposed setup:

Mobo: AsRock Z77 Extreme4
CPU: Intel i5 3570K
GPU: GeForce GTX 660
RAM: Corsair XMS3 2 X 2 4GB

As well as this, Im not entirely sure about the power supply that would suit the build. Any recommendations?

yes they would work fine with no problem but why not go with 4th gen intel? it is the same price as the 3rd gen with better performance...you can get i5 4670k and asrock z87 extreme4...for psu you can go with seasonic, xfx or corsair. Anything from 500w to 600w would be fine. here is couple you can look at:
