New Built Computer with massive problems

So I just got finished building my new computer. Parts right here:
Apu a-10 7850k
Asus a55bm-e
4gb corsair ram
430w corsair psu
All stock coolers
I'm not sure if I'm leaving out any parts that affect performance but just tell me if I am.
So I've had this computer for three days and ever since day one when ever I try to download something( word, steam etc) it would just bsod or if I was browsing web it would just flat out freeze. Now I can't even boot into windows. When I start it up it gives the option of system restore or starting system normally. I've selected both and both have just repeated each other in just restarting me and taking me to same screen. Do not know what to do anymore pls help!

I've seen this happen with bad WLAN/LAN drivers from Realtek etc. There may be other problems that I'm not thinking of though. Are you running Windows 8? BSOD with sad face?

Do you have a graphics card installed?

That sounds like bad power circuitry on the motherboard causing software corruption. Your OS install is probably toast, but you shouldn't try fixing it before contacting Asus support and replacing your motherboard.

We'll my WLAN/LAN is a USB drive by Rosewill. I'm running windows 7. Also the cup I have has a integrated graphics card

Try a fresh install if possible, if you don't have an OS then you will want to go to the manufacturer before any big decisions are made. If they say that you can return it, I might be tempted to throw another drive in there, or make a small partition on the drive to run Linux Ubuntu off of, see what ends up happening with the issues.

Avoid anything that will void any warranty, possibly including what I posted as my suggestion above.

first off make sure the motherboard bios is updated. your using a new amd cpu and make sure it not a bios bug.
make sure with cpu-z your ram speed is set right. if your using 1600 ram try setting to stock 1333 speed see if the system still bsod. if it does the memory or chipset voltage may be slightly bumped up. run memtest see if your ram is fine. make sure on install of windows you installed the newest amd chipset and sata drivers.

Ah, you didn't mention a USB device. Try to boot it without the USB wireless adapter. I've seen bad USB devices cause some weird power problems before.

update, I tried putting in new ram which got the system working fine for 5 minutes until I got another bsod when trying to update my motherboard bios. Also got another bsod when trying to download Microsoft security essential. I originally had 2 sticks of ram but it wouldn't install os unless I removed one. (Where I had other stick of ram laying around). Every time I download something I get bsod. It is so frustrating. Also when I try to add other stick of ram the computer makes constant beep sound and will not boot. Also, this is my first build and I'm not skilled when it comes to the bios so any added details would be appreciated thanks.
