I want to upgrade my graphics cars and was debating on doing Dual NVidia GTX 760 or a single NVidia GTX 780. What would you recommend? Also I am running a Corsair 750M power supply will that suffice?
if you have a 760 already, definitely get another one and sli them. if not, this article has the speed comparison between 2 760's (mars card) and 780, 780ti, titan
760 in SLI would be about 23% faster. But you may face SLI problems like frame pacing blah blah. I mean s single GPU configuration is more stable. Refer this article for more details. http://www.ocaholic.ch/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=1168&page=16
What would be a good Single video card to do for 500-600 that would be as good as 2 760's?

The 760 SLI configuration gives you more bang for your buck than any other card. No other single card will be performing like the 760 SLI. So, the 780 is the best option if you dont want SLI(In this range). Also, if you decide to SLI the 760, it is recommended to get the 4 GB version so that its raw processing power is not bottlenecked by the 2 GB Vram.
