GTX 580 display cut out after startup

Hello guys I have Gainward GTX 580. After start up it works about 2-3min and then appears black screen signal not gone but only black screen. After restart pc tv displays start screen when start load windows again black screen appears. Gpu fans works system recognizes. On different pc same problem

I bought it as spares or repair.


My PC AsRock Z77 Fatal1ty Performance, i5-3570k, 16GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133MHz, Gainward GTX 580, SSD SanDisk 128GB, Seagate 500GB, Windows 8.1 64bit
