Hi, I just got a new custom built PC a few weeks ago. I have an Intel 4670K running with GTX 770 graphics card and 8 GB of RAM. A few days ago, suddenly, I got a bsod saying "kmode exception not handled". After some research I decided to run a program called "verifier" for drivers. After that I have got lots of bsod errors saying "driver verifier iomanager violation". Then I discovered it was about the Logitech keyboard and mouse driver I've been using and uninstalled it. Even though it is mostly fine now, I still get that kmode bsod when I try to plug in my headphones to the keyboard (Logitech G510). This is not the main problem though.

My real problem is that after that series of bsod errors, my computer started to boot up much more slowly than just a few days ago, and my CPU started to run 4-5 degrees hotter than before. I am also believe there is nothing wrong with the CPU cooler. I wonder the reason of this performance deduction and the solution to that if possible.

Short Version: My computer slowed after some bsod errors. What should I do?

Thanks for any answers.

Solution
Maybe the slowdown is not because of the bsod but because of having programs installed which start up with the system.
Do a MSCONFIG run in the run window (WINDOWSKEY + R) go over to startup and uncheck unnecesary programs. Do the same for unnecesary services, though i wouldnt mess with the ones that have as a description any of your hardware components brand.
For the CPU heat i believe its normal to have it reach up higher temps than the first day you used it mainly because of the thermal paste usage.
As for the drivers problem i would recommend using driver sweeper in safe mode to try and uninstall all drivers from logitech and downloading the last updated ones from their webpage.
Hope that helps out :)
