R7 250 Overclock Edition vs GIGABYTE gtx 650ti

The gtx looks to be about $50 to $60 more is it a better card or just cost more
Also I am thinking of running Ubuntu for an OS what drivers will work with Ubuntu NVIDIA or Radeon

GTX 650 ti is much more powerful, for the drivers i dunno

I have both, the 650ti outclasses the 250 in a BIG way, but I would spend the extra 25 bucks and get a 750ti for an even greater performance bump, and that card should still be relevent 2-3 years down the line. The 650ti not so much.
