A while back my Swiftech H220 died. The fans still spun but the pump was unresponsive and my CPU Temp was around 90C. I installed my new Noctua DH-14 SE2011 about a week ago and while it's enough to make my computer usable (I get ~50C), the fan speeds are only 500RPM. How do I fix this?

It sounds like one of the fans is mounted facing the wrong direction.
Make double sure that the fans are both pushing the air in the same direction. There are arrows on the fan housings that indicate the direction of the airflow.

Try plugging the CPU fans into the power supply rather than the motherboard. They should spin at the full 12V RPM.

They're in the right direction and they're plugged in fine. My Swiftech H220's fans didn't spin this slow and I used the same ports.

Are you making use of any of the fan's LNA or ULNA adapters?
If so take them off.

Have you run the ASUS fan calibration yet? Call up the ASUS Fan Expert 2 (windows) software and calibrate the fans. That will make sure that the correct fan profile has been loaded.
