I need to know when will be the next clearance/black friday/boxing day/ big sale event on newegg/ncix. is there one during the summer?

I'm also asking for a build around 800$ for a 3D Modeling computer (excluding OS, Monitor, keyboard, etc). I want to put something like a GTX 760 in there and i'm really wondering which motherboard i should use (do i really need one that's worth 150$ ? (btw I prefer Asus/Gigabyte)).
Also, with these, which power supply would fit me best? knowing that a GTX 760 and a fairly cheap motherboard doesn't need much.
I intend to put an intel 4670 haswell on it.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
If you wait to find these on sale like you're saying, you could get this build (or equivalent) to around $800 or so. This includes a 760, i7 and 16GB of RAM (went i7 because it's much better for modeling, as well as more RAM). You don't need 600w+ of power, 500 will do you just fine, especially if this is just for 3D modeling.
