My cpu is an i5 3570k, the windows 8 taskbar is showing only 1.56 ghz utilization with a max speed of 3.4 ghz and 1% usage, when i game (cod ghosts for exmaple) it only goes up a bit in usage and the cpu only goes to 1.79ghz im worried that i cant reach 3.4ghz ever with this cpu? is it bad? or is it simply not being given a hard task to reach 3.4ghz?
