Upgarde Graphics Card for Flight, Driving and Sailing Sims

I want to upgrade my graphics card to run Flight Simulator X (FSX) and Combat Flight Simulator (CFSIII).
The computer OS is Windows 8.1 Pro and has an Asus M3A Mothrboard with 8GB of DDR2 Memory.
I am upgrading the CPU from an AMD Athlon X2 64 5000+ to an AMD Phenom X4 9550.
The present graphics card is a EVGA Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT 512MB

I am considering both Nvidia and AMD Radeon cards with 2GB DDR3 memory.
Considering the following:
EVGA Geforce 610
EVGA Geforce 630
Asus Radeon HD 6450
XFX Radeon HD 6670

I do not want to spend over $100. All 4 mentioned within that max. Would consider up to $130 but it would have to offer a signicant performance jump (10-25%) over the ones above.

I was not aware the PCIe 3.0 card would work in a PCIe 2.0 slot. The 5-10% performance hit you mentioned is compared to what the card is capable of a fully compliant computer. My question how would the performance restricted HD-7770 compare to the HD-6670 is my existing system?

Also What is your opinion of the quality of XFX and ASUS cards? I have read many reviews but still unsure. I tend toward the ASUS because I prefer ASUS motherboards and have no knowledge with XFX.
