restore bios of z87-g43

i have been having issues with my pc and i have been told to restore the bios of my motherboard is there any way to restore it without my pc being on or is there usb flashback or any other way to do it

Try removing the round battery from the motherboard for about 5-10 minutes.

While the battery is removed, press the power button the computer.
Also, if the power supply has an on/off switch on the back, turn that off also.

While you are in the case, reseat the memory, since you already have the case opened.

i didnt mean to pick that as best solution but nothing happens when i turn on my pc nothing whatsoever no fans spin no leds light nothing
