Anyone had any experience with an issue like this?

System: Quad Core AMD Windows
- I have Two 1TB Drives (WD Black) in a software RAID0 config used for streaming media. There is no concern of data loss, and no offsite backup to cloud). This seems to be working fine with no issues:

- I also have Two 2TB Drives (Samsung EcoGreen) in a software RAID1 config storing important documents and data and is also backed up off site.

I seem to be having issues with this pair:
1. NO Raid Config:

2. RAID1 Config:

I've tried the following so far:
- Updated BIOS Firmware to the latest
- Swapped out SATA cables
- Swapped out SATA Ports
- Moved to AHCI (which helped with slightly faster access, but still up and down)

Any help would be appreciated!

my drives are always inconsistent. the storage always is filing even when I aren't copying anything or backing up and the read/writes are never the same, always different.

Please review the hdtune charts... the wd raid0 variation is minimal and expected---- looking at my samsung in raid1 or noraid, the variation is around 75MB/sec--- doesn't seem normal to me...
