Hello,
I run a pc with these components:
Memory: Kingston 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM HyperX Blu -> 4 of them
HDD: HDD WD Blue, 1TB, 64MB, 7200rpm, SATA 3
Power thingy : Inter-Tech Combat Power 650W
CPU: AMD FX X8 8350, 4000MHz, 16MB, socket AM3+, Box
Video board: AMD FX X8 8350, 4000MHz, 16MB, socket AM3+, Box
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X-EVO R2.0, Socket AM3+
I recently installed all drivers from the asus motherboard on their site, the nvidia driver and some other little things

Problems..
Hmm, where should i start
1.
I had a win 7 x32 with 8 gb of ram. I realised only after that win x32 uses 3.5g rams and i needed more for streaming games with twitch.tv, so I bought 4 more ram boards.
I just reinstalled my windows, i installed a cracked copy since couldnt find my original. After installing the windows, i plugged the rams in.
At system information, i have 16.0GB installed physical memory and only 11.9GB available physical memory.

Why is that?
2.
After reinstaling the windows, whenever i try to stream my games with OBS ( open broadcaster software) my pc does smth stupid like restart or give me a blue screen.
Right before doing that, i hear a fan in the pc going crazy. That's the cpu fan. The cpu fan was sometimes going crazy before, but didnt restart for a while now.
I've also had this problem when i got the pc ( 4-5 months ago) and installed the first windows (cracked also) ; i can't remember how i fixed it, don't even know if i fixed it or it fixed itself but it did pretty much the same thing, crash pc+ restart while ingame playing League of Legends;
I recently installed a CPU core temp monitor software which can show me the cpu temp while in windows, not only in bios, and i see it going crazy even without games open.
Last time it restarted, the CPU temperature in bios right after restart was 70 degrees celsius, probably cooled from 90 ( core temp tells me that 90 is the max it can go to )
So, basically, my question is : why is my cpu overheating so much? The 2 times it crashed i had open: League of Legends, OBS, Chrome with some music and maybe another tab.
I am going to test the RAMs tomorrow with memtest86+, dunno if the rams could be bad, i got 2 of them refurbished.
3.
Is there any way i can see if this windows is good?
The C://Windows folder seems a bit too crowded:
