I'm building my first gaming pc, should i get a terabyte ssd or stick with a 250gb. What SSD would you suggest. Also with RAM. Do you have any recommendations on that. This is my build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4770K

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H

Memory: 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz DDR3 Low Profile

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 SuperClocked

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed

SSD: Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III

Optical Drive: OEM DVD Drive

PSU: Corsair TX650M

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

OS: Windows 8.1 System Builder OEM DVD 64-Bi

Solution
Personally, I wouldn't build a PC with only one drive anymore. 1 drive for OS and applications, other drive(s) for backups and other stuff.
Nor one without an SSD.

Depends on your use.

250GB SSD, max. if you want general storage for your files and less used applications, get an HDD. financially makes more sense than a 1TB SSD.

check pcpartpicker for a deal on RAM, which changes daily. you may find a ddr3-1866 for sale.
