monitor-19" Samsung S19C150FS
Cpu cooler-cooler master hyper 103

Im worried about the motherboard not being high quality since its a cheap motherboard while the cpu and gpu is more to the high end.
Side question-will my 625watt psu be enough to handle the gpu and cpu since amd fx-8320 and r9 290 gpu consumes alot of power.Thanks

That PSU will be enough for all the peripherals.

Think I'd go for a better CPU cooler like the 212 EVO, would also get DRAM in a min of 2x4GB 1600/9 something like the GSkill Snipers or Ripjaws X

Better to get 2 stick of 4 GB of DDR3 RAM to benefit the capabilities of dual channel memory. That motherboard is good and compatible with the CPU but, If you want a better motherboard for future GPU upgrades (SLI or Crossfire) Get this one: Gigabyte GA 990FX UD3 AM3+ MB

Yes the mobo will be fine, and on the DRAM, 2 sticks (2x4GB) allows for use in DUAL Channel which can provide up to a 10-15% performance increase vs single 8GB stick in single channel
