Accessories like speakers and headphones should not be included in the budget. And I would never advocate buying $25 Logitech tin cans. On a $900 budget you won't get an i7 and 16GB of RAM without sacrificing components. If you want theoretically $900 for just the tower you're looking at something like this:

You will get more bang for your buck if you build it yourself. For what you are wanting to do, you would probably want an AMD FX-8350 or an Intel i7 with probably 16 GB RAM. Will you need keyboard, mouse, speakers, headphones, monitor or OS included in the $900?
