Can i play Rome II Total war with intel HD Graphics Family card

I have an HP Pavilion with windows 8 my only question is the Graphics card. Can I play Rome Total war with an Intel HD graphics family card

probably not.i mean MAYBE.but i have the same graphics card and i can play shogun 2 on low.and i get around 20 frames,so its a major gamble.but your never gonna run it higher than low or medium smoothly.if i were you i would wait until,it doesnt have to be expensive,but a slightly better card.and if you cant wait buy the cheap grandfather of total war,Rome1.
