This is my first time building a gaming PC and i wanted to see how good it is

Case: NZXT Phantom
MOBO: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming LGA 1150
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz LGA 1150
HDD: Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 EVO 250GB SATA 6Gb/s
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
GPU: EVGA ACX Cooler GeForce GTX 780 3GB
DVD: ASUS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner
PWR: CORSAIR CX series CX750 750W 80 PLUS BRONZE

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Monitor: ASUS VX238H Black 23" 1ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight LCD Monitor

Very good build... you'll be able to play any recent games maxed out at 1080p resolution with decent FPS with this..

But

I'd recommend getting an i5-4670k if you are planning for only gaming and get a better PSU from Seasonic or TX/AX series from corsair with that money. Their CX model is crap and made for budget constraint people.

You don't need anything more than an i5-4670k even for heaviest gaming. However if you run a lot of multi-threaded application then getting an i7-4770k makes sense.
