Trying to pick a PSU 650-750

The model I've been looking at is the Corsair RM Series 750, but it is pretty pricey, and while it did well at jonnyguru, its hard to justify 130 for this PSU. I am also getting a GTX 770 4gb and will potentially be running it SLI in the future. The Calculator at http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp has told me that even with 2 770s it would recommend 625W, so maybe a 650, surely a 700 would be good enough.

My main concerns are the usual obvious, I want it not to blow up my expensive shit. I want it to last a minimum of 3, preferably 5 years. I don't need fully modular, in fact I have a corsair 650D for a case, so even a non modular would be something I would look at if it saved me enough money (I can spend an extra hour securing extra cables behind my motherboard). Obviously I want 1 12V rail, and a name I can trust.

It just seems so many PSUs I look at that I get excited about I see far to many reviews (5%+) where people have had them damage their systems. I understand lemons happen...but a lemon GPU is one thing, A lemon PSU can ruin your pc budget for that year.

So, thanks in advance for your input guys, looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Ok, and I'm also guessing that at the high level of 850 units non modular is rare. Like I said, I don't care about gold cert (though the power bill savings would be great). If anyone could show me a solid 850 thats cheaper than this because its non modular or its maybe silver or bronze certified I will look at it, other wise I'm buying this unit and closing the thread.

Hm, the xfx seems like a slightly more solid unit...but that's from very slight research. considering the 15 dollar price difference after rebate, I think I'll go with the xfx. This will be my first time buying from NCIS, though I know they are pretty big, can you tell me how they do with rebates?
