Which PSU 550 or 650 W

Solution
On the Seasonic G Series 550 W TechPowerUp.com measured an inrush current of 29.05 Amps.

This large inrush current occurs when the PSU is turned on and the primary capacitor(s) on the APFC circuit are being charged up.

X-bit labs tested UPS compatibility with the G-550: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cases/display/seasonic-g360-g550-gold_5.html

UPS Compatibility

The SSR-550RM showed better compatibility with UPSes than its junior cousin. Working together with our APC SmartUPS SC 620, it was stable at loads up to 382 watts when powered by the mains and could switch to the UPS’s batteries at loads up to 325 watts.

I dont think that is correct
You can always just go to one of the many calculators they have online and just put all of your components in it and it will tell you what the bare minimum is to power up the system
