System turns off without warning once, maybe twice a day (12-16 hour period)

UPDATE: Turning the overclock off from performance mode back to balance in the Asus UEFI bios made problem better to the point of only occuring now once every couple of days.

Recently, as stated in title, my system just shuts off without warning. Not a blue screen, just off as if the power went out on the pc only.

Though for not an extended time, the pc turns back on instantly after and runs like nothing went wrong for the rest of the day.

Things I have already checked:

-Heat: All temperatures are very low (40c or less)
-PSU: Fan is running fine
-CPU: Fan is running fine
-All other fans are fine.
-Memory test shows fine
-HDD test, passed fine

I am beginning to contemplate if it's just the outlet that my system is connected to is bad, but not sure as of yet.

Any suggestions are helpful!

Okay, you did not mention you had slightly Overclocked your cpu. The voltages seem acceptable though and temps look as good as they can get. Voltages should ideally be below 1.35V.

I'll have to think a bit more though I am leaning towards the OC not being very stable, looks like you've bumped the base clock frequency.
The base clock would affect your ram as well as pcie and HDD. Try the default settings from BIOS and check if the issue gets resolved.

Generally, I guess that would be a yes. A game specifically, but the game doesn't have really any resource cost at all.

Also in reply to the PSU suggestions, it's about a 2 1/2 year old psu i'm not exactly certain how long they normally last but seems kind of young.

Yea, this can be quite old for a lower quality brand...
What make and model is it?

PSU is from a company called A-power, which is no longer in business as far as I know.

Also, I will be trying a different outlet a few hours from this post, need to buy an extension cord; I will post with any updates.

It's the PSU...A-power is far from reputable...not elitist speech as I've been down that road...you can't cheap out on the PSU

I've experienced this before with an ultra PSU with my first build...thing would shut off and I have to wait in order to fire it up....Needless to say I replaced it with another brand and everything was fine.

Yeah sorry seem to forget sometimes, at the moment it is on Asus' performance setting from the UEFI bios, nothing custom. I'll try putting it back to balance.
