While working on excel i accidentally over write and saved the file so how can i get previous date.

how can i recover a data that is over written and shaved on microsoft exce;

An overwritten file cannot be recovered. If the file had been accidentally deleted (and recycle bin emptied) you could have used file recovery software to get it back. But not an overwritten file. It's been destroyed by the overwriting process.
