While testing a fan, with open case, I touched the corner of a ATI FirePro 4800 graphics card. The system immediately shut down and only the yellow LED indicating power on the MB stayed lit.
Now I cannot start the PC. When I try to start it, the CPU fan and other LED's on the MB briefly comes on and then shut down again.
If I remove the Graphics card, everything comes and stays on normally
(though I cannot connect a display)
Please help.
