i have a recently built, windows 8.1 pc which has the strangest of problems.
on seemingly random occasions my front audio jack detects that i have headphones plugged in, when in reality i don't. my audio manager is "Realtek HD Audio Manager" and i have 2 other accounts on the computer.
i have no idea what causes the error, even if i plug and unplug the headphones the fix is only temporary. i can provide any other details that are important:
Motherboard: gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H
Possessor: intel i7-4770K
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
OS: windows 8.1
