help finding an upgrade

Hi guys first time posting I'm trying to get help finding an upgrade for my pc to get more fps out of games like skyrim and mmorpgs like elder scrolls online and probly be getting bf4 my current setup is 965be 3.8ghz oc cooler corsair h60 push pull motherboard Asus rog crosshair formula z 16 gigs corsair vengeance nvidia 760 zotac amp 1tb Seagate hdd 600w corsair psu I was thinking of getting 8350 since it's on sale for 179$ I can't seem to get 4.0 stable on. The 965 anymore it's pretty old thanks in advance

the 8350 would be a good choice depending on your motherboard. AMDs don't handle MMOs very well (when compared to intel) due to how poorly optimized they typically are. Still in most games the 8350 is capable of 60 FPS so you should be fine.

Okay thanks for answering this is a link of the motherboard I have. ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z ATX AMD Gaming ... - Newegg.com I only have problem when there is a lot going on and I'm on high or ultra I'll see my cpu on core temp at allmost 100% on all cores maybi I should have went Intel
