A asus Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
i think that board should be good for overclocking
and i have a pny gtx 780
will it overclock to 4.5ghz with that psu an mobo ????

Thats not a quality PSU by any means but it will do as long as your GPU is not OCd and your PC is not running under a 100% load for too long. Though dont expect your CPU to just magically OC to 4.5ghz. It will all depend on the silicon lottery, just remember that because others can get a 4.8ghz+ stable oc doesnt you mean you will as well.

my case cant fit it because i have a nzxt source 210 but i modded it so it has a window so it wont fit 160mm i need it down to like 150 mm
