Would anyone think that the Cooler Master V8 GTS be heavy enough to cause your Motherboard to warp or damage your motherboard in any way due to the size of the CPU Cooler? I want to get it just for the size and what i feel like its cooling ability could be. i'm planning to Overclock my CPU to its max potential and just don't wanna get a decent motherboard and risk damaging it and having to buy another one. So any thoughts or suggestions i would love some input.

I wouldn't think so. Why not get a liquid cooler for that price?

i would go liquid cooling but eh its much more expensive and i'm not that experienced with doing builds and really don't wanna risk doing the install wrong and water damage. later on i will be going liquid cooled but when money is not as tight.

I still think you should get a close loop water cooler like this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-cpu-cooler-clw... $85 USD does better.
Here's a installation video: http://youtu.be/k-nRkeGN2jc
Benchmarks: for both the water cooler and V8 GTS: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-V8...
Look at them and them pick what ever you want.
