Ok so I'm pretty sure I understand how to do everything step by step but I have one question about it. If i'm using my pc for nothing but gaming and im not overclocking because that looks to complicated to do anyways do I still have to do this step mentioned?

"Step Ten: Test System and Have FUN!!
I recommend testing your system after all of the drivers have been installed and the system has been updated to make sure it is running stable.

Test your system

Run Prime95’s Blend Test for at least one hour and use one of the following programs to monitor your temps; Real Temp, SpeedFan or Core Temp. This will help determine if you system is running too hot and is unstable.

Run 3DMark’s Vantage or 3DMark06 to benchmark your system to see how your new build compares to similar systems.

Option: Run MemTest86+ for seven passes to check your memory for any possible errors. This isn't required unless you think there might be an issue with your memory."

I would try to learn how to overclock it properly but as I only have a 430W psu i'm not even going to attempt it until I upgrade it.

Solution
Running Prime95 will stress test your CPU, but if you aren't overclocking then you should have a very high expectation that no problems will arise here. Outside of overclocking, the benefit of still doing this step is to see how much heat is generated and how well your case fans move air around. Use your MB utilities to keep an eye on temps.

3DMark will reassure you that your PC is performing as it should (compared to similar builds). This is not a necessary step.

MemTest86 is a must in my book. Visit the site, download the ISO, burn the disk, boot to the disk, and make at least three passes testing the memory for errors.

I would also add to this checking your new HD for errors, but this typically involves licensed software. I...

Do you think these specs will run just fine with only a 430W psu considering I wont be overclocking just playing video games for about 12 hrs a day Monday-fri.

...without hesitation. Max power draw from that system would be around 300w.
