Hello all. I am building this as a liquid cooled rig. I never done one and my last computer had some fairly large GPUs in it and other high end parts and I overheated one so I figured that would be a way to go with this one. So that being said here is a list of main parts:
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2SZlg

CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Case: Antec Twelve Hundred ATX Full Tower Case
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

I dont recommend you to get a dual gpu.Just get the EVGA GTX 780 and if you can save up a little get the GTX 780 ti.Dual gpu cards have scalling issues. The GTX 780 will max out all games and the 780 ti will max out all games but a better fps mostly 5-12 fps more than the 780.get the 780 you will be very happy with it :) if you can spend 50$ more(assuming you have a budget of 650$ because you considered the 760 mars) you can get the 780 ti which is currently the best single gpu.

the asus rog card would be the better choice, person experience with asus having a silent duel cooling solution with lowered temp's and with asus's customer service I would recommend asus,
