Need some more information in order to assess the problem.

What motherboard do you have - is it an AMD motherboard with integrated graphics?

If the motherboard has integrated graphics have you been into the bios to make sure the graphics settings are set to send the graphics output to the PCIE slot?

I am assuming you have connected power from your power supply to the graphics card (not just plugged the card into the PCIE slot)?

You may need to uninstall the AMD video drivers before installing the Nvidia drivers but don`t do anything until you have answered the questions above. If the motherboard is an AMD board it may have the Catalyst drivers installed but in any case the Nvidia software should detect that the video card is installed. Radeon 3000 is pretty old.

Hello Yourlvlone,
First things first - when you turn your pc on, does GPU fan spin? In other words, have you plugged in necessary 6 pin power supply cables? I know I did this mistake making my first PC build. If your answer's no, then that's the issue. If you have done it, however, there may be some confusion between your integrated graphics (ati radeon 3000, which comes with your AMD processor :) ) and Geforce GPU. To check whether that's the case, you will have to restart your PC, enter BIOS utility (to do that, follow the screen that shows up right after restart/boot closely, as the key required to enter BIOS differs from system to system. some examples what to look for:
--'Press F1 to enter setup'
--'BIOS settings: Esc'
--'Setup = Del'
--'System configuration: F2')
Upon entering BIOS, looking for video adapter settings, in advanced settings menu. There you may choose which graphics source to use for video rendering, either integrated or PCI-E (choose this one if integrated graphics were selected). If this doesn't change anything, then your other best bet is to try your GTX 560Ti in another computer and see if it works there, to identify whether the card is working properly itself. That's all I can help with, let us know how it goes :)
